Account and Registration

Go to the Register page and fill in your details — name, email address, Philippine mobile number, and a password. Once you submit your registration, you'll receive a verification code on your mobile. After confirming, your account is created and you can log in right away. Full access to deposits and withdrawals requires completing KYC verification.

KYC stands for Know Your Customer. It's a standard identity verification process that confirms you are who you say you are before we process financial transactions. You'll need to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID — this can be a passport, driver's licence, or SSS/PhilSys card. Verification is typically completed within one business day.

No. Each player is allowed one account only. Multiple accounts linked to the same person, device, or payment method may be suspended. If you think you've accidentally created a duplicate account, contact our support team to resolve it before placing any bets.

Contact the 788pub support team to request changes to your registered contact details. For security, any change to your mobile number or email requires identity verification before it takes effect. You cannot update these details directly from your account settings without support confirmation.

Use the password recovery option on the Login page. You'll need access to your registered email or Philippine mobile number to receive a reset link or OTP. If you no longer have access to either, contact our support team directly — they can verify your identity using your KYC documents and restore access.

Deposits and Withdrawals

788pub processes all transactions in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted methods include Philippine bank transfers, online mobile banking, and local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. All transactions are handled in PHP — there is no currency conversion and no hidden exchange fees.

Most deposits are credited to your 788pub account within a few minutes after the transaction is confirmed on your bank or e-wallet side. In some cases, bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your Philippine bank's processing time. If your deposit hasn't appeared after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Log in to your account and go to the withdrawal section. Select your preferred method — bank transfer, GCash, or Maya — enter the amount in PHP, and confirm the request. Your KYC must be completed and the withdrawal method must match a registered account in your name. For a full walkthrough of the process, visit the Withdrawal page.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. E-wallet withdrawals to GCash or Maya are generally faster than bank transfers. Once approved from our side, your Philippine bank or e-wallet provider handles the final transfer. You can track the status of any pending withdrawal from your logged-in account dashboard.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and may vary depending on your account tier and the method you use. Check the Withdrawal page for current limits, or log in to your account where the applicable limits for your account level are displayed before you submit a request.

Games and Betting

788pub offers a wide range of game categories including online slot games, live casino tables (baccarat, blackjack, roulette), sports betting, and eBingo. The Slot Games page has the full library, and the Live Casino page covers all available table games with real dealers streaming in real time.

The sportsbook covers events that are popular with Philippine players — basketball (PBA and NBA), boxing, volleyball, football, and esports. International leagues and major tournaments are also available alongside local competitions. Market availability depends on the current season and scheduled events.

All slot games on 788pub use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which means every spin outcome is completely independent and unpredictable. No spin is influenced by previous results, your account balance, or bet size. Each game's RTP (Return to Player) percentage is set by the game provider.

Visit the Wins page to see a feed of recent notable payouts from players across the platform. These are updated regularly and give you a real sense of what games are paying out. Past results don't predict future outcomes — all results are determined by RNG.

VIP Programme

The VIP programme rewards active players with points earned through eligible wagers. As your points accumulate, you advance through tiers — each level unlocking better benefits. You don't need to apply or opt in; progress is tracked automatically from the moment you start playing. Full tier details are on the VIP page.

Benefits vary by tier but generally include enhanced member rewards, priority support, and access to exclusive promotions available only to VIP players. Higher tiers typically come with more personalised service. See the VIP page for a breakdown of what each level includes.

Yes. Once you're logged in, your dashboard shows your current VIP tier and point balance. You can also see how far you are from the next level. If you have questions about a specific reward or your tier status, the support team can check your account and clarify.

Security and Responsible Gaming

All connections to 788pub are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption — everything you enter during login, deposits, and withdrawals is encrypted in transit. OTP verification adds a second layer of protection for new device logins. Your personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

788pub takes responsible gaming seriously. Players can set deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion periods through their account settings. Online gaming is for entertainment — never wager more than you can afford to lose, and take breaks regularly. Full guidance is available on the Responsible Gaming page. This platform is for players aged 21 and above only.

Go to your account settings and check the active sessions panel. You can end any session you don't recognise immediately. Change your password right away and contact our support team to report the suspicious activity. We recommend using a unique password that you don't use on other websites.

Mobile App and Access

Yes. The 788pub app is available for download for both Android and iOS. Visit the Download page for the installation link and setup instructions. Your login credentials are the same as the browser version — no separate account is needed.

Yes, the 788pub website is fully responsive and works on any modern mobile browser — Chrome, Safari, or Firefox on Android or iOS. You get access to all games, your account, and all transactions without needing to install anything. The app simply offers a faster, more streamlined experience if you prefer it.

First, check your internet connection — a stable mobile data or Wi-Fi connection is needed for the app and live games to load properly. Try closing and reopening the app, or clearing your browser cache if you're using the website. If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the app using the latest version from the Download page. Contact support if the issue continues.

About 788pub

Everything You Need to Know Before You Start Playing

788pub is an online gaming platform built for players in the Philippines. Everything on the site — games, payments, account management — is designed to work smoothly from your phone or desktop without needing to figure out complicated processes. This FAQ exists because even a well-designed platform raises questions, especially when real money is involved.

One of the most common themes across the questions we get is payments. Philippine players want to know that their money moves cleanly — that a deposit reaches their balance quickly and that a withdrawal goes back to their bank account or e-wallet without unnecessary delays. All transactions on 788pub are in Philippine Peso. There's no conversion step, no surprise charges from foreign exchange, and no requirement to hold funds in a different currency at any point.

Account Access and Verification

Most players in Manila, Quezon City, Cebu, and Davao register using their Philippine mobile number. The OTP system means you're protected even if your password is ever compromised — any login from an unfamiliar device triggers a code to your phone that only you can access. KYC is a one-time step that unlocks full transaction capability. It's not there to create friction; it's a standard requirement for any platform handling real-money deposits and withdrawals responsibly.

Games: What to Expect

The slot library at 788pub spans a wide range — from simple three-reel formats that are easy to get into, to modern video slots with multi-level bonus rounds, cascading reels, and free spin mechanics. All games use certified RNG technology, which means outcomes are random and not influenced by anything external. The RTP for each title is set by the game provider.

Live casino games are streamed in real time with professional dealers. Baccarat is particularly popular with Philippine players, and the live tables on 788pub run around the clock. Sports betting covers the events that matter locally — PBA games, NBA, international football, boxing with Filipino fighters on the card, volleyball leagues, and esports tournaments that attract large followings across the Philippines.

Playing Responsibly

Gaming on 788pub is meant to be an enjoyable experience, not a source of financial stress. Set a budget before you start, decide on a time limit, and stick to both. The platform provides tools to help — deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion options are all available in your account settings. If you feel your gaming is getting out of control, use the self-exclusion feature and take a break. More guidance is on the Responsible Gaming page. This platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above.

If your question isn't covered in the FAQ above, our support team is reachable at [email protected] and is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can also check the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy pages for detailed platform rules and data handling information.
